         Minus The Bear

 Minus the Bear or Menos El Oso, are an Amazing never know when they're gonna change the tempo,easy going band.This Seattle Based Quintet includes members from band like Kill Sadie,Botch and Sharks Keep Moving. While some of their song titles might give you a smirk, their music especially on Menos el Oso their Fourth Album, take you to a quiet place somewhere by the coast with song titles like Pachuca Sunrise and This Ain't No Surfin Movie,Im Totally Not Down With Rob's Alien and Drilling. This Band has true Staying Power and Delightful Wit making this Band truly CB(Cycle Breaking)

Emarosa

For those of you who might know of Band by the name of Dance Gavin Dance if you don't already know about Emarosa you will now, why? Well get this Johnny Craig who now fronts Emarosa, used to be the lead singer of Dance Gavin Dance but Supposedly left due to "Extreme Tensions" and "Personal Conflicts"with the other Band Members. Now the DGD is fronted by Kurt Travis and doing just fine but we all know there's nothing like the original. But Get this Emarosa and DGD along with Of Mice and Men are doing the "Squash the Beef Tour" Now so look them up they might be coming to a city near you very soon. With Jonny's Unique vocalizing and the fresh Post-Hardcore Sound beaming off of them Emarosa was a perfect fit for the CBBM this September.

        The Postmarks

One Month it's Post-Hardcore another Month its soft and billowly. The Postmarks fronted by Indie Beauty Tim Yehezkel (That's Her Name) brings you a cool breeze on a rainy day. With songs like Summers Never Seem to Last and Winter Spring Summer Fall and performances on the Hit Childrens Series "Yo Gabba Gabba" performing a song called Balloon we thought with her pretty vocals and the bands soft stylings they were a cycle breaking fit for this months CBBM.

               Eisely

When I think Indie Rock Eisely automatically comes to mind. This Cute Quintet consists of four siblings Chauntelle, Sherri, Stacy, and Weston DuPree and their cousin Garron DuPree, all From Texas. Their Name was originally Mos Eisely, from Star Wars but dropped mos due to legal reasons. But I like eisely better anyhow. There Soulful Sound takes you into fields of sunflowers and straight to bed. They're currently on tour with Say Anything(Fast Fact: Sherri is Married to the Lead Singer), Moneen and Miniature Tigers Look on their website they might be coming to a city near you. But if you do go resist the tempation to fall asleep on any person near you they sound exactly the same live...Soft and Sleepy...in the best way possible.

        Silversun Pickups

Silversun Pickups are one of the few Indie Bands out there that have transitioned from underground to Mainstream and still manage to keep their Indie Cred and their "Cool" Factor. Their Songs Grab your heart and squeezes it till you feel this emotion that can only be felt by listening to them. They're Lastest Hit Panic Switch and their Recent appearance on Current TV's Embedded have sparked us to name them the Last CBBM of 2009...
